These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YiCircle website, mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by YiCircle LLC ("YiCircle", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. By using the Service you represent that you can form a binding contract and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Post content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive or harmful.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Misuse other users' information or harass other members.
- Resell or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
4. Purchases & pricing
The Service is free to browse. Certain items require payment, including event registrations and tickets, membership subscriptions and upgrades, points and coupon purchases, marketplace orders, service bookings, and premium features. Prices, fees and the applicable currency are displayed before you confirm a purchase. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown, including applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Subscriptions & renewals
Subscription plans (such as paid memberships) renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. We will notify you in advance of material price changes.
6. Refunds & cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before making a purchase.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant YiCircle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
8. Third parties & partners
The Service lets you discover and transact with third-party organizers, restaurants, merchants and service providers. We are not responsible for the products, services or conduct of third parties. Your transaction with a partner may also be subject to that partner's own terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and content (excluding user content), is owned by YiCircle or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YiCircle and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at YiCircle's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes may be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
