Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through YiCircle. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Specific items may display their own additional terms at checkout (for example, a non-refundable event or a partner's return policy); where stated, those terms apply in addition to this policy.
This policy covers purchases processed by YiCircle through our payment processor, Stripe. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play using in-app purchase are billed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund processes.
Need a refund? Email info@yicircle.com from the address on your account with your order number and the reason. We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

1. Memberships & subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- New subscriptions may be refunded in full if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase and you have not made substantial use of paid member benefits.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, except where required by law. If a renewal was charged in error or you contact us within 48 hours of an unintended renewal and have not used member benefits in the new period, we will review it for a refund.
2. Events & tickets
- Event registrations and tickets are refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before the event start time, unless the event listing states otherwise.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
- If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by the organizer or YiCircle, you are entitled to a full refund or, where offered, transfer to the rescheduled date.
3. Points & coupons
- Purchased point packages and coupons are refundable within 14 days only if they remain entirely unused.
- Once points or a coupon have been redeemed or partially used, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Promotional or bonus points have no cash value and are not refundable.
4. Marketplace orders
- Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition; return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Items sold by third-party partners may be subject to that partner's return terms, shown at checkout.
5. Service bookings & reservations
- Service bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, unless the listing states a different window.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable or subject to a partial fee as disclosed at booking.
- If a provider cancels or fails to deliver the booked service, you are entitled to a full refund.
6. Premium features
One-time premium feature purchases are non-refundable once the feature has been activated or used, except where required by law or where the feature did not function as described. Recurring premium features follow the subscription rules in Section 1.
7. How to request a refund
- Email info@yicircle.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your order or transaction number, the item, and the reason for the request.
- Provide any supporting details (e.g. photos for a damaged item).
8. Processing & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. After we approve a refund it is typically processed within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction.
9. Disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we want to make it right and most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are unwarranted and to provide transaction records to the payment processor.
