This Privacy Policy explains how YiCircle LLC ("YiCircle", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use our website, mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (see Section 3).

3. Payments
Payments on YiCircle are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We receive limited information such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, and transaction status to manage your orders and provide support. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g. payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Partners you transact with: when you register for an event, book a service or place an order, we share the information needed to fulfil it (e.g. your name and booking details) with the relevant organizer or merchant.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of YiCircle, our users or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Cookies & tracking
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
