Child Safety Standards

YiCircle is a community lifestyle platform, and the safety of children is our highest priority. YiCircle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we uphold, the conduct we prohibit, how to report a concern, and how we respond. These standards apply to everyone who uses YiCircle and form part of our Terms of Service.
Report a child-safety concern: email safety@yicircle.com or use the in-app Report option on any content or profile and select the Child safety category. Child-safety reports are actioned immediately, ahead of all other moderation. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

1. Our commitment
We are committed to preventing, detecting and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform. We design our community, reporting tools and moderation processes to keep minors safe, and we cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Any violation of these standards results in immediate removal of access to the content, permanent account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on YiCircle. There are no exceptions:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — in any form, real or computer-generated, including drawings, animation and AI-generated imagery.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor, or with someone believed to be a minor, to enable sexual abuse or exploitation, including sexual communication with or about a minor.
- Sexualization of minors — sexualizing, or soliciting or sharing sexualized imagery or descriptions of, any minor.
- Enticement or luring — attempting to lure, meet, or obtain contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking or exploitation — any facilitation of the sexual exploitation or trafficking of a minor.
- Sextortion — threatening or coercing a minor using intimate imagery.
3. Age requirements
YiCircle is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service. Certain activities, including making purchases, require you to be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, as described in our Terms of Service. 4. How to report
You can report child-safety concerns in two ways:
- In the app — every piece of content and every profile has a Report option with a dedicated Child safety category.
- By email — contact our child-safety team directly at safety@yicircle.com.
When reporting, please include as much detail as you safely can, such as the account or content involved and what you observed. Do not download, copy or share suspected CSAM — reporting the location of the content is enough for us to act, and sharing such material may itself be unlawful.
5. How we respond
We treat child-safety reports as our highest moderation priority and act on them immediately, ahead of all other reports. When we identify a violation of these standards, we:
- Immediately restrict access to the reported content pending review, and preserve it as required by law rather than deleting it.
- Suspend and permanently ban the responsible account.
- Report to the NCMEC CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
- Preserve related records for the period required by applicable law or requested by authorities.
6. Legal compliance & reporting
YiCircle complies with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Where we obtain knowledge of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertipline.org) and preserve relevant data as required under applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. §2258A. We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement.
